Recall Watch List: Toyota SUVs, toy magnets and Costco meal kit among latest nationwide recalls
Officials warn about safety risks involving Highlander SUVs, a magnetic chess game, an herbal supplement and a prepared Costco meal kit.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Consumers are being alerted to several recalls involving vehicles, toys, supplements and food products.
The recalls involve certain Toyota SUVs, a magnetic chess game that could be dangerous for children, an herbal supplement containing an undeclared ingredient, and a prepared meal kit sold at Costco.
Toyota recalls more than 550,000 Highlander vehicles
Toyota is recalling more than 550,000 Highlander vehicles from the 2021 through 2024 model years.
The recall includes both hybrid and gas-only Highlander SUVs.
According to regulators, the second-row seats may not always lock properly after being adjusted.
Officials say that could increase the risk of injury in the event of a crash.
Dealers will repair the seats at no cost to owners.
Magnetic chess game recalled over ingestion risk
The Kluster magnet chess game sold by Stoney Games is also being recalled.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said the magnets could be deadly if swallowed by children.
Officials warn that if multiple magnets are ingested, they can pull together inside a child’s digestive tract.
According to the agency, that can perforate, twist or block the intestines, which may lead to serious injury or death.
Herbal supplement recalled for undeclared drug ingredient
U.S. Food and Drug Administration officials announced a voluntary nationwide recall of an herbal supplement called “Primal Herbs Volume.”
The manufacturer, Primal Supplements, issued the recall after the FDA found the product contained sildenafil, which was not listed on the label.
Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction.
Regulators say the undeclared ingredient could interact with nitrates found in some prescription medications used to treat conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and heart disease.
The supplement was sold between July and September 2025.
Consumers who purchased the product are advised to stop using it and contact the company for a credit or replacement.
Costco meal kit recalled over possible salmonella contamination
A ready-to-eat meal sold at Costco is also being recalled.
The recall involves Costco’s meatloaf with mashed Yukon potatoes and glaze meal kit.
Officials say the product could be contaminated with salmonella.
The meal kits were sold in nearly 30 states this month.
Consumers who purchased the meal kit can return it to Costco for a full refund.
