Tour bus and car collide on I-75 near Forsyth

FORSYTH, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A tour bus and a car collided on I-75 just north of Forsyth around 9 p.m. Tuesday. 

Monroe County EMA Director Matthew Perry tells 41NBC there are multiple injuries. Most of the injuries are non life-threatening, but he says there was one serious injury.

The victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.

As of 11 p.m., officials were working to clear the scene.

Our call to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office was not returned.
