MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – Another week of high school football is in the books, and with it came another round of honors from the Macon Touchdown Club. Week 11 brought standout performances from student-athletes across Middle Georgia, with Windsor Academy quarterback Heath Woodard and Rutland’s Zamerian Johnson, and Jaykaden Hill, earning recognition this week.

Woodard, a junior signal-caller for the Knights, put up video-game numbers in Windsor’s 51–35 win over Heritage. He completed 24 of 31 passes for 409 yards and six touchdowns, while also rushing six times for 27 yards.

Joining him in the spotlight was Rutland sophomore quarterback Zamerian Johnson, who delivered a dual-threat performance despite the Hurricanes’ narrow 16–14 loss to Westside. Johnson went 9-for-12 passing for 135 yards and a touchdown, adding 94 rushing yards and a score on six carries.

Johnson’s teammate Jaykaden Hill took home Lineman of the Week honors after anchoring Rutland’s defense with 11 tackles, three tackles for loss, two pass breakups, and a forced fumble against the Seminoles.

The weekly luncheon also featured guest appearances from Southwest head coach Joe Dupree and Stratford Academy head coach Paul Carroll, who reflected on their programs’ seasons. Rounding out the afternoon, Georgia Southern head coach Clay Helton made his fourth appearance at the club, addressing the crowd on the Eagles’ year and their continued growth under his leadership.
