Tire Amnesty event to be held in Houston County Friday & Saturday

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Keep Warner Robins Beautiful and Houston County are teaming up for a Tire Disposal Event.

Residents of Houston County are invited to participate in the Tire Amnesty Event, which is set to run on Friday and Saturday, April 21st and 22nd from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both days.

Locations for residents to bring their tires they’re looking to dispose of includes:

  • Houston County Annex Parking Lot in Warner Robins at 200 Carl Vinson Parkway
  • Perry at the Houston County Purchasing Department at 2020 Kings Chapel Road
  • Houston County Landfill at 2080 Hwy 247 Kathleen

Tires will only be accepted if they are off the rims, not brought in by a commercial business, and from residents of Houston County.
