Three Suspects Wanted in Marathon Gas Station Burglary
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators are looking for three suspects involved in a gas station burglary that happened early Thursday morning.
According to Investigator Jamey Jones, the suspects entered through the side door of the Marathon Gas Station located at 6199 Thomaston Road around 3A.M. Thursday.
“They had a burglary alarm, but some of the motion detectors are not working at this time, the burglary alarm was dismantled off the wall from the suspects,” said Jones.
Owner of the Marathon Gas Station, Soon An said about 80 cartons of cigarettes were stolen, several cases of beer, and about $5000 gone from the store.
There are no descriptions of the suspects or the vehicle at this time.
