The Search for Middle Georgia’s Next Big Star is Underway

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The search is for Middle Georgia’s next star is just beginning!

This weekend, Ken’s Pro Sounds kicked off its 2nd annual Middle Georgia Star Search. Talent from across the area showcased their sound for a chance to win big.

“There is so much talent not just in Middle Georgia but it’s around this area but there’s no way for people to know they even exist so we’re trying to get it to where this thing can keep growing so we can help promote people to a level they deserve,” said Michael Jones, Ken’s Pro Sounds owner.

The competition will air on Ken’s Showcase on 41NBC. Once the show airs, fans can vote on Facebook for their favorite artist. It will air throughout the day on Saturdays and Sundays until June 2 when the winner is selected.

The grand prize winner will recieve a $1,000 gift certificate to Ken’s Pro Sounds.
