The Historic Douglass Threatre presents several Black History Month weekend events

Black History Month events for families through February.
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) –For those looking for events, during Black History Month, The Historic Douglass Theatre is presenting a number of Black History Month Celebrations.
  • February 7, the Heritage Choral Festival kicks off February at 6 p.m.
  • February 14, the BHM Film Series begins,  and it will run for three consecutive Fridays until  February 28.
  • February 16, The Douglass Theatre’s most popular music series, “Sing Brother, Sing Sister!” returns.
  • February 22,  “Quincy Jones, The Legend” will be presented by Kali Dance Studio.
  • February 23, “Greek Stroll Off” Watch the Fraternities and Sororities of the Divine 9 take over The Douglass Theatre Stage.
