The Georgia National Fair is Back
Fried food, live music, arts and crafts and a ton of rides are on the agenda for the 2011 Georgia National Fair! The Director of Communications with the fair Michele Treptow joined us tonight on the 41NBC news at 6pm with the rundown of everything going on from October 6-16.
Thursday is Sneak-a-Peek Day at the fair. You can head to the Perry fairgrounds beginning at 3pm and get in the gates for $5 (children 10 and under are free). You can end the night with a free outdoor concert.
Beginning Friday, it costs $8 to get in the gates. You can browse hundreds of arts and crafts and enjoy the live stock on display.
Several big names are headed to the fair- Blake Shelton, Colt Ford, Corey Smith and Rehab will take the stage in the arena.
