The summer solstice in Middle Georgia, occurring on June 20, 2024 at 4:50 p.m., marks the longest day of the year and the official start of summer. Today we will see mostly sunny skies with highs in the low 90s. A tropical airmass will be in play for Friday and the weekend! This means a few showers with hot and humid conditions.
