MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Howard Huskies welcomed the West Laurens Raiders to Thompson Stadium on Friday night.

The Raiders (2-0) beat North Clayton 22-18 in Week 2 after beating Groves 49-0 in Week 1.

The Huskies (1-1) beat Rutland 20-13 last week after losing to Westside in their season opener.

This was the first region game for both teams.
