WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Warner Robins Demons hosted the Perry Panthers in the regular season finale Friday.
The Panthers (7-3, 4-1) were the 2024 GHSA Region 1-AAAA champions.
The Demons (7-3, 3-2) were guaranteed to make the playoffs, but would have to wait for the results of the Ware County game next week to know what seed they would be.
This was the first matchup between the two teams since 1965, when Herb St. John was the Perry head coach.
