GRAY, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Jones County Greyhounds hosted the East Forsyth Broncos in the first round of the GHSA playoffs.

The Greyhounds won six in a row to finish the 2024 regular season season 9-1. Jones County got knocked out in the second round of the playoffs last year.

The Broncos went 8-2 in the regular season season and were the #3 seed in the playoffs.

This was the first-ever matchup between the teams. The winner plays Marist next week.
