WRIGHTSVILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Johnson County Trojans hosted the Brooks County Trojans at Herschel Walker Field on Friday night, looking to advance to the quarterfinal round of the GHSA playoffs.

Johnson County (11-0) was scoring 38.3 points per game while allowing just 8.6 point per game. JCHS got knocked out in the second round last season.

Brooks County (6-5) beat Taylor County 24-6 in the first round last week.

This was the first time these schools had met in football.

The winner of this game will play either Lincoln County or Hawkinsville next week.
