MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The East Laurens Falcons visited the Southwest Patriots in the final game of the regular season for both teams.

The Falcons (3-7, 2-6) were scoring 24 points per game while giving up 28 per game.

The Patriots (4-6, 3-5) had underperformed this season after finishing 6-5 last year, but still had a chance to make the playoffs with a win.
