Tennille Police look for suspect in shooting, could be armed and dangerous

TENNILLE, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)  – The Tennille Police Department is looking for a second suspect in a burglary turned gun battle last Thursday.

The police department believes Quinton Dewan Ritter, 23,  assisted Thomas Canty Jr in November 30th’s shooting. Police say the two were involved in an attempted burglary on Adams Street.

Ritter is wanted on Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. Tennille Police consider him to be Armed and Dangerous.

Canty was taken into custody. He has been charged with Burglary 2nd Degree, Criminal Trespass, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Possession of Firearm in the Commission of a Crime, and Aggravated Assault.
