Teen Arrested, Charged for Macon Murder
Macon Police have arrested a suspect in Macon’s first murder of the year.
Police announced that 17-year old Krystal Almaraz is charged with felony murder in the case. She was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force and remains at the Bibb County jail.
Almaraz is accused of killing 23-year Ignacio Contreras. A Macon Police officer found him dead Saturday on Mead Road. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead on the scene.
