Lady Trojans Head Coach Jordan Brooks wins GIAA Coach of the Year Award

MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) –  Tattnall Square Academy Softball Head Coach Jordan Brooks has won the 2024 GIAA Coach of the Year award. Coach Brooks lead the Lady Trojans to an historic 29-5 season that capped off with a Class AAAA State Championship on Saturday in Columbus.

This TSA squad ranked seventh in the nation, second in the state, first in the country in home runs with 71, which is third all-time in the history of high school softball, and ranked number one in the country in both runs and RBI’s.

‘JB’ is the first coach in school history to have played, been an assistant coach, and head coach for a Trojans State Championship team.
