Suspicious Sweat Suit Sends Man to Jail

A man wearing a sweatsuit in 83 degree weather is in jail for what he was hiding under there. 18-year-old Joseph Stillwell was carrying a sawed-off shotgun with no handle, about sixgunshot shells, and a butcher’s knife, a pair of wire cutters, gloves, sunglasses, five cell-phones, and two bags.

Stillwell is charged with carrying concealed weapons, possession of burglary tools, among others.
