Suspects Wanted in Alleged Armed Home Invasion in Houston County

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Houston County authorities are on the lookout for suspects wanted in an alleged armed home invasion which took place near Sullivan Road on January 14th.

According to a news release by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, the home belonged to a young couple with a 3-year-old daughter. After the woman’s boyfriend left for work, the victim reported that she heard a knock at the door. After opening it, she said she was then rushed by five black male suspects.

She was then ordered to sit in her living room with the child and held at gunpoint while the others searched the home. After a short time, they fled out of the back of the residence.

The Houston County Sheriff’s Office initially responded to the area after another homeowner reported he had found a silver/brown vehicle in his driveway. He then reported he was approached by several black males. The homeowner then told them the police had been called, causing the suspects to enter the vehicle and speed away.

The gunman, as well as the other suspects, were described as being young and wearing dark clothing. The suspected vehicle is reported to be a brown 1998 Buick Park Avenue.
