Suspects take two registers from Macon Church’s Chicken
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an armed robbery that happened at the Church’s Chicken Restaurant on Georgia Avenue, Thursday night in Macon.
According to a news release, two men with guns approached the restaurant’s front door after closing and demanded an employee to open it.
After entering the restaurants the suspects forced all employees to the floor and took their cell phones. They escaped on foot with cash from a safe and two registers.
They both are described as young and slender. One was wearing all black clothing and a black t-shirt on his face. The other suspect was wearing an army fatigue ski mask, gray, white and black jacket and black pant.
