Suspect wanted in Macon Sunoco robbery
The commercial armed robbery happened just after 7 a.m. April 4 at the Sunoco gas station, located at 605 Pio Nono Avenue.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect in connection with a commercial armed robbery, according to a news release.
The commercial armed robbery happened just after 7 a.m. April 4 at the Sunoco gas station, located at 605 Pio Nono Avenue.
According to the sheriff’s office, a masked individual entered the Sunoco behind the store clerk after having a conversation with him outside the store.
The suspect then entered the store, followed the clerk behind the register and brandished a firearm. The suspect demanded money from the cash register.
The store clerk removed an undisclosed amount of money from the register and gave it to the suspect. The suspect then fled the business in an unknown direction.
The sheriff’s office described the suspect as a male wearing a colorful jacket, gray pants and a red face mask.
The store’s surveillance system released a photo of the suspect.
