Suspect Arrested in Macon Apartment Shooting

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Police have made an arrest in connection to the shooting at Villa West apartments.

18-year-old Jarvis Streeter is charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder and Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

According to Macon Police, one person was shot on Friday at the complex on Mercer University Drive. The victim was transported to the hospital by a friend and while en route, the car collided with another vehicle. The victim was then transported to the hospital by ambulance and treated for multiple gun shot wounds.

Investigators found evidence at the scene that lead to Streeter’s arrest.
