Sunshine and in the upper 80’s

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Good morning, everyone! This morning, we’re seeing temperatures in the upper 50s to mid-60s, which is much cooler than yesterday at this time. It almost doesn’t feel like May outside. This afternoon, we’ll stay dry with temperatures reaching the upper 80s and plenty of sunshine. It’s perfect weather for outdoor activities like heading to the pool, enjoying a walk in the park, or having a picnic with family and friends. Thursday brings a slight 10% chance of showers. From Thursday through Sunday, you can expect temperatures in the mid-80s. Rain chances are at 20% to 30% for the weekend. Over the next seven days, rain totals will be less than half an inch, so it won’t be very wet this weekend. This forecast is actually below average for this time of year, so let’s enjoy the mild weather while it lasts. Have a wonderful day and take care!
