Sunny start to week before unsettled weather pattern returns
MACON, Georgia. (41NBC/WMGT)- Unsettled weather will bring rounds of rain and storms to Middle Georgia over the next week.
TODAY & TOMORROW.
Behind a cold front, drier and slightly cooler air will settle in for a few days. High temperatures will top out in the middle to upper 60’s on both afternoons. Plenty of sunshine is on the way over the next two afternoons. Tonight, temperatures will fall into the upper 30’s under a clear sky.
WEDNESDAY & BEYOND.
An approaching cold front will generate showers on Wednesday. This will begin a period of unsettled weather across the state that will last through the weekend. Showers and a few rumbles of thunder are possible on Thanksgiving Day. We are not looking at a washout, but an umbrella will be needed.
