MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Good morning! Today in Middle Georgia, we’re starting off a bit chilly with temperatures in the upper 30s in Eastman and ranging from the low to upper 40s elsewhere. The clear skies this morning are thanks to high pressure, and we can expect a quick warm-up into the 70s later in the day with calm winds and plenty of sunshine. Overnight, we’ll see an increase in clouds, marking the last night in the 40s for a while. Looking ahead to Wednesday through Friday, temperatures will climb into the low 80s with a bit more cloud cover. While the week is expected to stay rain-free, there might be a stray shower or two on Thursday or Friday. This weekend looks great for outdoor plans, with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid-80s on Saturday, and similar conditions but with fewer clouds on Sunday.
