Sunny and 60’s today

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Good morning to you all!! Hope your Tuesday is going well so far! We are a bit cooler this morning with temperatures in the low to mid 30s. If you like sunshine you will love today’s weather. Plenty of sunshine with temperatures in the low 60s. Overnight we could see a few showers across the northern part of the viewing area. The timing on those showers are 1am to 4am and will not be in the area for the morning commute on Wednesday. Conditions will remain the same as Tuesday afternoon for your Wednesday afternoon with mostly sunny skies and the low 60s. Temperatures really don’t change much as we head through the week. Warmer conditions are expected for groundhog day afternoon in the upper 60s with partly sunny conditions. This will continue for your Saturday with temperatures expected to be in the upper 60s. On Sunday a few showers are possible across the area with temperatures in the 50s. Rain totals look to be just above a inch as of now.
