Strong to severe storms possible Thursday and Friday

Good evening,
We have had a great weather day for Halloween today, but showers and storms are on the way for the first day of November.

Clouds will increase throughout the day on Thursday with highs once again in the upper 70’s. Storms will start to roll in after around 4pm. Some storms could be strong to severe as they move in.

The greatest threat will be wind gusts over 60 mph and isolated tornadoes. Flash flooding and large hail are not likely in storms for Thursday.

By Friday another round of storms will roll through during the day with strong storms possible. Mainly just rain is likely early in the day.

Stronger storms will be possible later in the day, but it is looking like most of the storm activity should be over by kickoff for high school football games.
