Stephen McDaniel to Plead Not Guilty to Murder Charges Tomorrow

50316B00-WGVNT1MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Stephen McDaniel, the man accused of dismembering his neighbor 27 year-old Lauren Giddings, will be in court on Tuesday professing his innocence.

According to his attorney, Floyd Buford, McDaniel will plead not guilty during his arraignment on felony murder charges.

Immediately following the arraignment a bond hearing will take place. Buford says he plans to introduce evidence during the bond hearing in hopes Judge Phillip Brown will release his client. McDaniel has been in jail since July 1st.
