Some Georgia Power customers in Macon, Byron without power

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Georgia Power customers in Macon and in Byron have been without power Monday morning.

The Georgia Power Outage Map reports 229 customers are without power in the Nottingham Drive and Oakcliff Road area just off of Gray Highway in Macon.

The cause is a fallen tree.

Georgia Power expects power to be back by 2:15 p.m.

In Byron, a car accident has caused 433 customers to be without power in the Kewanee Drive area off of Highway 49.

Georgia Power estimates power will be back at noon Monday.
