Shots Fired at a Macon Apartment Complex

A man is behind bars after he fired shots in a Macon apartment complex.

According to a news release,  officers responded to incident at the Baconsfield Apartments on Saturday around 7:20pm.

The victim stated that 48-year old  Antonio Jermaine Moss, Sr. threatened him, pointed a silver handgun, and fired shots. No one was injured.

Macon police found Moss and recovered the weapon.

He is being held at the BIbb LEC, charged with Aggravated Assault and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
