Sheriff’s deputies investigate north Macon home invasion

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Bibb County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for two men who allegedly forced their way in to a Carriage Hills apartment.

The incident happened Wednesday around 10:00 p.m.

Victim Gary Yu says he heard a knock on his door and when he answered it, a man asked if his roommate was there. When Yu replied that he wasn’t, the suspect forced his way in.

Yu was cut when he attempted to grab a knife by the blade. Yu and the suspect began fighting and that’s when the second suspect entered the apartment.

Yu began screaming and both suspects fled the scene. One suspect made it out of the apartment with a video game system.
