Several Middle Georgia suspects arrested for soliciting minors for sex

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Several Middle Georgia suspects were arrested during an investigation where authorities say they were soliciting minors for sex.

According to a news release, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Unit and the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s MATCH Task Force conducted the operation at a local area hotel over a two day period. Investigators posed as willing accomplices to sexual activity on websites.

The following were arrested and are charged with use of a computer service to seduce, solicit, lure, or entice a child to commit an illegal act:

  • 37-year-old Christopher Sterling of Columbus
  • 67-year-old James Sapp Sr. of Cochran
  • 32-year-old Amado Lomas
  • 39-year-old Chadwick Cagle of Kathleen
  • 32-year-old Fransisco Lopez III of Warner Robins
  • 22-year-old Brett Hall of Macon
  • 26-year-old Toney Quesenberry of Macon
  • 23-year-old James Howard of Macon
  • 50-year-old Charles Thompson of Macon
  • 48-year-old Donovan Jorge of Macon
  • 50-year-old David Conatser of Hawkinsville
  • 59-year-old Timothy Strickland of Warner Robins
