School Board Promotes Northside Principal

Today the Houston County Board of Education promotes one of its principals to a new leadership role. Northside High School Principal, Mark Scott, will be the next Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. He brings 23 years of experience in education.

Scott says his primary goal is to continue to recruit and retain the best teachers anywhere.

Scott will replace Tim Helms who is retiring. ?
