Scheduled water outage in Warner Robins on April 11

Residents in several neighborhoods of Warner Robins are advised to prepare for a scheduled water outage tomorrow, Friday, April 11th.

WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Residents in several neighborhoods of Warner Robins are advised to prepare for a scheduled water outage on, Friday, April 11th, as the City of Warner Robins Utility Department conducts fire hydrant replacement work at the corner of Madrid Street and Elmwood Drive.

The outage will begin at 9 a.m. and last until 1 p.m., temporarily affecting water service in the following areas:

• Madrid Street

• Elmwood Drive

• Magnolia Avenue

• National Avenue

• Flanders Drive

• Dudley Drive

• Ward Street

• John’s Road (from Madrid Street to Elmwood Street)

• Keith Drive

• King Drive

• Kevin Court

• Oscar Court

• Silas Court

• Campbell Court

• King Court

• Luther Court

• Hines Drive

• Davis Drive (from Melvin Street to Bargain Road)

Residents are advised to store water in advance for essential needs. After service is restored, some may experience temporary discoloration or air in the lines, which can be cleared by running cold water for a few minutes.
