“Sauced Up” seafood and wings food truck hosting grand opening in Macon this weekend

The current menu features snow crab, blue crab, lobster, shrimp and crawfish, with meals priced between $20 and $30.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A Florida businessman is hosting a grand opening Friday and Saturday for his seafood and wings food truck, Sauced Up, in Macon.

Owner Charlie Jonas told 41NBC this is the second state where he has launched a food truck, and his goal is to eventually operate a chain of trucks in every major metropolitan city.

The current menu features snow crab, blue crab, lobster, shrimp and crawfish, with meals priced between $20 and $30.

The grand opening will take place April 26 and 27 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Greenwood Bottom Plaza, located at 1087 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.

Jonas said other food trucks will also participate in the event, offering a variety of food options for attendees.
