Rutland baseball stays undefeated with a win over Howard 10-6
The Hurricanes move to 3-0 on the season so far
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Rutland baseball took on Howard on Monday afternoon.
In the top of the first, the Canes put up three runs with help from the Hopkins to go up 3-0.
However, in the bottom of the first, Howard puts up three runs of their own back to back to back to tie things up 3-3.
In the top of the second, the Hurricanes were able to pull out two more runs and go on to win 10-6.
Hurricanes will play Wilkinson County while the Huskies play Jones County, both on Feburary 22.
