Runaway inmate found at Macon nightclub

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – A runaway inmate from the Bibb County Detention Center was found at the City Lights Night Club on Shurling Drive around 1:30 a.m., Thursday.

20-year-old Ishmael Williams fled from a work detail last month after faking a illness.

Williams was in jail for for criminal trespassing and probation violation.

He was taken into custody and charged with escape.
