Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Georgia serving more families
Assistant Director of Development Bethany Ainsworth said compared to last year, through the end of November 2024 they have served 330 families, that's over 500 individuals.

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Georgia has seen a rise in the number of families they serve.
Assistant Director of Development Bethany Ainsworth said compared to last year, through the end of November 2024 they have served 330 families, that’s over 500 individuals.
On average each family stayed with them for an average of fifteen nights.
Ainsworth said, that means they’re on track to serving at least 35% more families this year.
Ainsworth said, 60% of the families enrolled in RMHC program have a child receiving care in a hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
