UPDATE: Another suspect arrested in connection to apartment murder

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) — Bibb County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested a teenager Wednesday night, wanted in connection with the murder of 49-year-old Romero Gonzalez at Riverbend Apartments November 22.

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office says investigators called 18-year-old Thomas Pate, and asked him to surrender.

The Sheriff’s Office says Pate then met with investigators and turned himself in.

He’s charged with Murder and Party to a crime, and being held without bond at this time.
