Shooting suspect identified in Reynolds; one man injured and investigation ongoing

Curtis Crayton, 43, is charged with felony aggravated assault following a shooting on Parker Street

REYNOLDS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT)- Police in Reynolds have identified the suspect in a recent shooting as Curtis Crayton, a 43-year-old man from Reynolds. Crayton is currently charged with felony aggravated assault, with additional charges possible as the investigation continues.

According to a news release from Reynolds Police, the shooting occurred at 32 Parker Street in Reynolds. One person was injured during the incident.

As of the latest update from the Reynolds Police Department, the victim is in stable condition.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been called in to assist the Reynolds Police Department with the ongoing investigation.
