“It gets people to come downtown,” said Tingen.
Mayor Stephen Tingen hopes you’ll visit Gray and improve the economy.
“I think showing that you can start a new business in the downtown area on a side street and it be successful if it’s family oriented,” said Tingen. “Just makes the statement that Gray is the place to raise a family and this is a family atmosphere.”
And why not cool down while you’re at it?
“The way we’ve got it set up with the ice and stuff in the coolers, we never touch it,” said Tingen.
The process stays clean.
“With the foot pedal for the machine and the way we pour the flavors,” said Tingen. “If you watch us, the scooper, our hands never touch the ice, our hands never touch the shaver or the cup. So everything is actually hands-off.”
Tingen’s Sweet Snow is making the grade this week.
“Open 1 to 7, seven days a week…come chill with us!”
