Restaurant Report Card: Thibodeaux’s Country Cajun Diner

or the spicy cajun cooking, you’re in for a treat.

But first, here’s a restaurant that needs to step it up this week.

Kumo Restaurant on Hawkinsville Road scored a 74.

The dumpster was not cleaned up to proper standards, there was blood on the floor of the walk in freezer, and there were multiple foods not stored correctly.

“we were very excited because we were told how hard it is to get a 100 out of our health inspector and he’s todl us how hard it is to get a 100 out of him. So, we work really hard to keep it clean and neat and everything in order and everything’s prepared and the temperatures are right.”
