Restaurant Report Card: Thibodeaux’s Cajun Country Diner
MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – “Definitely the food, the service is great also but the food is awesome,” said Hurst.
Talk about a good combination.
“We have great country cooking plus some great Cajun dishes thrown in about 3 days a week,” said Hurst.
If you love down some down south cooking or the spicy Cajun cooking, you’re in for a treat.
“It’s cooked by a true Cajun,” said Hurst. “We stay pretty busy most of the days.”
And why wouldn’t you stop by–true Cajun food at a family-friendly price.
“They seem to like it. They love the Cajun stuff. We got em that come just for those days, it’s Cajun day I want whatever he’s cooking,” said Hurst.
The atmosphere is as friendly as New Orleans itself.
“We’re very family oriented around here, we’re about our family and we like to be about their family,” said Hurst.
Plus, the perfect health inspection is red beans and rice good.
“We were very excited because we were told how hard it is to get a 100 out of our health inspector and he’s told us how hard it is to get a 100 out of him,” said Hurst. “So, we work really hard to keep it clean and neat and everything in order and everything’s prepared and the temperatures are right.”
