Restaurant Report Card: Thai Pepper

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – “Thai food is like balancing, with a sweet, salty and then a sour–it’s just a good combination,” said Thai Pepper owner Kai Siitan.

Your taste buds will thank you.

“We have a ton of rolls, it’s over 100,” said Siitan.

Because you’ve got great Thai and tons of sushi.

“You say you like salmon, you like tuna, you tell me how you want it–we fix it,” said Siitan.

Thai Pepper is sounding pretty good right now–but first,

Good scores this week.

“I think the one thing that we pick when we think of Thai food, absolutely, it’s going to be Pad Thai,” said Siitan.

The classic Thai dish has noodles and vegetables all cooked up in a wok with a fantastic sweet, sour and salty combination.

And of course the perfect health inspection hanging on the wall is as good as the pad Thai.

“We clean we sanitize we are honest with the customer,” said Siitan. “Make sure all the temperatures are right. when they say something, when we do something wrong we ask them, they tell me, I fix it right away.”
