Restaurant Report Card: Main Street Pizza & Wings

BUTLER, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) -“You just kind of get a good feeling when you walk through the door,” said Main Street Pizza and Wing customer David Myres.

The door’s always open to enjoy some great food at Main Street Pizza and Wings in Butler.

But first, here’s a restaurant that needs to step it up this week.

Allen’s Stone Baked Pizzeria scored a 78.

An employee touched salad with his bare hands, some food in the cooler wasn’t cold enough for storage, and an employee wasn’t wearing a hair restraint while preparing salad.

The signs are there.

“The atmosphere the friendliness of the clientele that’s in here,” said Myres.

Whatever they say, you’re always pointed back down Main Street.

“You really can’t find more pizza and wings around here, this is like the only pizza place,” said employee Brittany Herring.

Plus, Main Street Pizza And Wings wants to help everyone.

“Friday night football games we have a thing called fifth quarter and all the football players and cheerleaders come out and you know grab a slice of pizza or something,” said Main Street Pizza and Wings employee Alyssa Roberts.

So don’t lose your way–they’re making the grade on main street this week.
