Residents Evacuated In Warner Robins Apartment Fire
WARNER ROBINS, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) – Warner Robins firefighters say an apartment is severely damaged after a kitchen fire started early Friday morning.
According to a news released, Warner Robins Fire Department arrived at the Huntington Chase Apartments off Houston Lake Road around 3:30 am. The resident who lived there was already out of the apartment unit.
Firefighters extinguished the fire which originated in the kitchen. The suspected caused was unattended cooking.
Investigators say there was extensive damage to the apartment as well as some water damage to two apartments on the floor below.
No one was injured.
