Rescue Team Searches for Guns in the Ocmulgee River

A tip leads the Bibb County Rescue Team to search the Ocmulgee River for stolen guns Monday.

The crew used magnets to try to pull up the weapons. The searchers told 41NBC they didn’t know what kind of guns they were searching for or how many might be in the water.

The crew didn’t pull anything out of the water Monday, but they said they would return when the water level is lower.
