Rai Benjamin tears down Trials record to make his second Olympic team in the men’s 400m hurdles.

(NBC Sports)- Rai Benjamin, the reigning Olympic silver medalist, coasted to victory in the men’s 400m hurdles final with a U.S. Trials record time of 46.46 seconds.
The time is also the fastest in the world this year.
Two first-time Olympians, CJ Allen and Trevor Bassitt, will join Benjamin in Paris.
They each set season’s best times to clinch Olympic berths.
