RAFB Offers Early Retirement to Maintenance Workers in Addition to Nov. Cuts

Major General Robert McMahon announced Thursday afternoon that Robins Air Force Base will open up early retirement incentives for workers of the 402nd maintenance wing.

This job reduction plan is in addition to the 600 job cuts from November handed down from the Air Force. McMahon says the base must be proactive in preparing for President Obama’s 2013 budget that will take shape in February.
