Quiet evening, but storm chances linger

After a round of pop up thunderstorms this afternoon things are quieting down around the area.  Overnight conditions should be calm with a few clouds hanging around and humidity will stick around as well. By tomorrow expect another warm day with storms in the forecast by the evening.

A little further to our south Hurricane Earl is expected to make landfall early Thursday morning.  The good news is that it should be weakening almost as soon as it does make landfall and should become a tropical disturbance again by the time it makes it to parts of central Mexico.
